When we embrace empowering beliefs, we open the door to greater well-being, improved mental health, and the resilience to navigate life's ups and downs. On the other hand, limiting beliefs can become self-fulfilling prophecies, holding us back from reaching our full potential. But here's the exciting part: we can change these beliefs!

Throughout this session, we delved into how our beliefs were formed and discuss how they influence our thoughts, behaviours, and experiences. We will introduce simple daily practices, which are designed to help you release limiting beliefs and embrace new ones that support your growth and align with who and how you want to be.

DISC Profiling

DISC is a personality assessment tool widely used in team-building and professional development. It's especially effective in the corporate market because it helps teams understand their communication styles, motivations, strengths, and potential blind spots. The DISC model categorizes personalities into four main types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Each type has unique characteristics, and individuals usually have a blend of these types, with one or two being more dominant.
