Mindfulness
As a Mindfulness Facilitator Shona, can introduce you to the practice. A daily practice
is associated with less negativity, greater sense of self-worth, overall well-being and mental balance. By starting off with 5 minutes a day the body will begin to calm down and bring you back to the present moment.

Psych-K helps you to quickly and easily communicate with your sub conscious mind. Shona uses methods of whole brain integration to change old beliefs into self enhancing ones that support you, in just minutes!
